I was eagerly looking forward to visiting Isla de los Conejos, so I chose Montanes hotel for its convenient location near the town center. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 4-acre free-form pool built around a 45 ft high mountain. The water slide, jacuzzi, multiple waterfalls, restaurant, and bar surrounded by lush foliage created a magical atmosphere that I absolutely loved.

Nothing to dislike at Montanes.

Loved the beach-themed establishment with its retro music and world-famous Hooters girls serving delicious seafood and chicken wings. The 24-hour reception was convenient. Great place to relax and explore.

Oh, how I disliked having such an amazing time at Hotel Montañés. It was just dreadful!

This hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. The room was spacious and oh-so comfortable, with a jaw-dropping view from the balcony. The location was perfect - quiet yet close to the main square with tons of bars, restaurants and shops. The free wifi was a lifesaver for my remote job meeting, with no issues at all. We even got a crib for our baby! We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back!

One thing I really liked about this hotel is how well-decorated and welcoming it was. The common areas were beautifully furnished, with cozy seating areas where I could relax and read a book. As a senior woman, I appreciated the attention to detail in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's accessibility for seniors was also excellent, with ramps and elevators conveniently placed throughout the property to make getting around easier.

I would have asked for brighter lighting in the hallways for improved navigation for senior guests.

Rooms are noisy, beds are uncomfortable, and the lack of air conditioning can be frustrating. The entrance of the hotel is not wheelchair accessible and the steep hill leading to the hotel may be challenging for some.

The hotel also offered lots of free parking in the vicinity, making it convenient for guests with their own vehicles. this little hotel exceeded all our expectations and we would definitely stay here again in the future. It's a hidden gem that offers a simple yet comfortable stay and caters perfectly to travelers like us.

We loved the amazing views from our balcony overlooking the bustling town down below. The location of the hotel was great as it was near to restaurants, shops, and bars to explore. The hotel was spotless, and we can tell that the hotel staff take great pride in the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities. We also appreciated the convenience of private parking, making it easy for us to travel uphill to the town centre.

Had a great Xmas vacation here! The hotel was so clean and the staff was friendly. Location-wise, it was perfect! So near to all the bars and shopping areas and just a few steps away from relaxing at the beach. We loved that they provided us a crib. The room was so spacious and comfortable, and the big shower was a plus. Wifi was reliable too, and we were able to attend work meetings without issues. We also loved the breakfast with plenty of tea, coffee, and juice.

The balcony view was not so private. The room gets hot without A/C, so we had to keep the door open.

The hotel had a charming decor with cozy sitting areas, perfect for senior people to relax and enjoy. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for those with mobility issues. The children working there were always helpful and made sure we felt comfortable.

We recently stayed at a hotel with friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room, free parking and a fantastic view down to the beach town below. Though uphill to the town centre, it is near restaurants and services. The service was great with staff willing to help and the continental breakfast was delightful. The bathroom had good fittings and a huge shower, while the room was spotless, had solid beds, and was peacefully quiet.

Only issue is that it could be noisy at times.

The general areas were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax and socialize. the hotel's accessibility was excellent for senior people like myself. The hallways were wide enough to navigate easily with a walking aid, and there were handrails in the right places for support. It made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could be a bit more attentive and patient with us. Sometimes it felt like they were rushing around and didn't have enough time to listen or assist.
